Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We only deliver within Germany and Austria.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate for delivery within Germany, Austria and the Netherlands: [7,50 Euro pro Bestellung]. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping fee is 7.50 euros. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed above as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DPD, DHL or a forwarding agent.

We deliver shipments up to 31.5 kg by DPD or DHL:
The flat-rate shipping fee is € 7.50
We deliver by DHL as bulky goods if the shipment
- in cuboid form larger than 120 x 60 x 60 cm,
- in roll form heavier than 5 kg ,
- is neither cuboid nor roll-shaped
The flat-rate shipping fee for bulky goods is €33.90. If this is necessary, this will be indicated separately on the product page.
