A tree was felled for this collage!
On the way, I stumbled through deep tire tracks from heavy machinery on churned-up forest paths. My progress was slow and I had to be careful where I stepped. There were many torn branches along the way. The evidence pointed to tree felling work. But despite all the drama, I was finally able to celebrate my harvest in peace. Not every remnant makes it into the Hall Of Miniature Collage
To my delightful surprise, one of the buds turned into a flamingo. It unexpectedly creates a special exoticism here. The little red chicks at the bottom of the parcel string are barberry fruits. The fluffy chaffinches got their plumage from? Exactly: from beech saplings. An ornamental remnant rounds off the microcosm. Further enlightening explanations of the scene are urgently desired. I hope you enjoy it.
