On the way…
…incredible changes take place from the egg to the adult insect. Several weeks pass before the mealworm turns into a nymph or pupa, from which the mealworm then hatches. The last major changes take place inside the almost immobile nymph or pupa. Nothing seems to happen. But soon a beetle hatches from the pupa, which outwardly has nothing to do with the mealworm it once was.
Only patience
What goes on inside the dolls takes time. Strength lies in calm. But sometimes even a flour beetle nymph seems to be plagued by impatience.
